c) Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may NOT:

Claim or imply that LegalAIContracts provides legal advice or legal representation
Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our services
Imply endorsement by attorneys, law firms, or legal professionals
Use deceptive marketing practices, including fake reviews or testimonials
Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any illegal promotional methods
Bid on our branded keywords in paid advertising without written permission

d) Termination & Liability

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts immediately and withhold unpaid commissions for any violation of these terms, FTC guidelines, or applicable laws. Affiliates agree to indemnify Ivory Digital, LLC against any claims arising from their promotional activities.

e) Commission Payments

Commission rates, payment schedules, and additional program terms are outlined in your affiliate dashboard. We reserve the right to modify commission structures with 30 days notice.

f) International Affiliates

Affiliates located outside the United States may participate subject to the following additional terms:

Commissions are paid in USD via PayPal or Stripe
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, VAT, or reporting obligations in their country
Promotions must comply with local advertising and consumer protection laws
LegalAIContracts is a US-based service designed for US jurisdiction use
Affiliates must not imply country-specific legal coverage outside the US
All disputes are governed by United States law
